Role: Email Chat support executive

Salary - 14 k in hand

Location: Chennai/ Immediate joining

Qualification: Graduate

Shift Timings: Day shift/ Rotational week off shift

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order status.

Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests in a courteous and professional manner.

Maintain records of customer interactions and update the system accordingly.

Follow service standards and meet response time SLAs.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.

Skills Required:



Good written communication skills.

Basic computer and typing skills.

Problem-solving and customer handling ability.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
