Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls Resolve banking/financial queries efficiently Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction Maintain quality standards and adhere to SLAs Log and escalate customer concerns appropriately

Requirements:



Minimum 1 year of BPO experience

in BFSI domain

Graduation is mandatory

Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi Willing to work from the

Chandivali

office Comfortable with

rotational weekly offs
