to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing end-to-end campaigns across Email and WhatsApp platforms to drive engagement, generate leads, and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, schedule, and execute targeted
Email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
aligned with ongoing promotions and business objectives.
Manage
customer segmentation and automation workflows
to deliver personalized communication.
Coordinate with the
Creative team
to ensure visually appealing and brand-aligned campaign content.
Track, monitor, and analyze
campaign performance metrics
such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Creative, Operations) to ensure consistent and timely communication to prospects and members.
Conduct
A/B testing
to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Manage contact lists and ensure compliance with
data privacy and opt-in regulations.
Provide regular
reports and insights
on campaign performance with actionable recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in
digital communication and marketing automation.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in
Email or WhatsApp Marketing
(preferably in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle industry).
Hands-on experience with
email automation tools
(e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
Familiarity with
WhatsApp Business API
or related automation tools (e.g., WATI, Twilio, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Knowledge of HTML for email templates will be an added advantage.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
