We are currently hiring Chat Sales Representatives & Email & chat support for our on-site work arrangement with US shifts based in Ahmedabad (Gujarat). This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to our company\'s growth.
1) Position: Chat Sales Representative
Salary : 26k to 35k CTC
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through chat and provide them with exceptional sales support.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve any concerns or issues.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer queries.
- Graduates or HSC pass with a minimum of 2 years of documented BPO experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with chat-based sales processes and tools.
- Comfortable working in US shifts with rotational week offs.
Salary: 20k to 32k
Monthly Rotational & Rotational week off
