Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Chat Support Specialist
to join our customer service team. In this role, you will handle customer interactions via live chat, assisting with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and resolving queries with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries promptly through live chat.
Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality responses.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience in the travel industry
(chat support/customer service preferred).
Excellent written English and typing skills.
Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work rotational offs.
