Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via email in a professional and timely manner.
Review and verify KYC documents submitted by customers as per regulatory guidelines.
Ensure accurate data entry and documentation in internal systems.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
Maintain records and support audits/compliance checks.
Provide exceptional service and uphold confidentiality of customer information.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Graduate in any stream (Commerce or Finance preferred).
0-1 years of experience in email support or KYC documentation (freshers can apply).
