Respond to customer questions and issues promptly and professionally via email. Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems with products or services. Provide detailed information about products and services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams or specialists. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction. Provide feedback to the company on customer issues and trends.
