Customer Communication:

Promptly and professionally respond to customer questions and concerns via email.

Issue Resolution:

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products or services.

Information Management:

Provide accurate information to customers and maintain detailed records of interactions.

Escalation:

Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or teams.

Process Improvement:

Suggest and contribute to improvements in email processes and customer service efficiency.

Collaboration:

Work with other departments, such as technical support or sales, to address customer concerns.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
