Address customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate resolutions via email.
Assist clients with banking transactions and related services.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, guidelines, and internal policies.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate complex issues to higher support teams when necessary.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
Strive to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and response timelines.
Continuously work to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Strong communication & problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in email writing and basic MS Office tools
