Job Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries promptly and professionally through email & chat platforms. Provide accurate information and resolve issues related to products/services. Maintain records of customer interactions and update the system accordingly. Escalate complex queries to the concerned department for quick resolution. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards. Meet daily/weekly performance targets (response time, quality, resolution rate).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
