Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via email in a timely and professional manner
Support customers with loan-related requests (EMI, repayment, disbursement, documentation, etc.)
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Maintain accurate records in CRM/ticketing systems
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)
Strong written communication skills in English
Customer-focused with good problem-solving ability
2+ years experience in email/customer support (BFSI/Fintech preferred)
Freshers with excellent communication may apply
