Key Responsibilities:



Customer Interaction:

Respond to customer inquiries via email and online chat promptly, professionally, and effectively.

Issue Resolution:

Troubleshoot and resolve product/service-related issues, offering solutions and guidance.

Information Provider:

Deliver accurate product details and answer customer questions.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Escalation:

Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams when necessary.

Process Improvement:

Identify common issues and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Performance:

Meet performance targets (resolution rates, satisfaction scores).

Pay: ₹15,233.06 - ₹31,936.28 per month
