Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries regarding products, services, and account details.
Provide timely, accurate, and comprehensive information to customers related to credit facilities.
Address customer queries or concerns related to loan status, interest rates, and repayment schedules.
Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue, offering solutions, or escalating the case to a higher authority if necessary.
Assist customers with the process of loan applications, documentation, and follow-ups.
Follow up with customers on pending payments or missing documentation.
Guide customers on how to access and use online banking services and mobile apps.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
