Handle customer queries and requests received through email and calls efficiently and professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding banking services such as account status, transactions, cards, loans, etc.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on pending issues.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns within the TAT (Turnaround Time).
Ensure adherence to bank policies, data privacy, and compliance guidelines.
Meet daily productivity, quality, and response-time targets.
Identify recurring issues and escalate them to the relevant team for process improvement.
