Requirements:



6 months to 2 years of customer support experience in a chat or email

Strong problem-solving & customer handling skills.

Willingness to work in a 9 AM - 9 PM project window.



Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via chat & support channels.

Resolve issues related to:

UPI transactions stuck



Order not delivered



Applied coupon code not working

Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
