Job Role:- Customer support Associate in Backend Process/ Non-Voice/Email Process.

Roles And Responsibilities:-Resolving customers queries related to Banking .

Resolving the Queries of the Customer and providing solution Step by step.

Qualification:- Graduate candidates can apply.

Salary:- 2.45 to 3.57 LPA

Note:-Candidates with Fluent Communication skills required only.
Candidate With Minimum 24+ Months Experience can apply.
Minimum 6+ Months Of Experience Required In Banking Services
Candidate Should Have Knowledge About Banking Term ( Loan , Credit, Credit Score ,Cibil, Cibil Score ).
Work from office only.
Rotational week off and Rotational Week
5 days Working
Day Shifts For Female Associate Available.
