Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and execute
email marketing campaigns
.
Own the
customer retention journey
from onboarding to re-engagement and win-back
Develop and manage
initiatives in sync with email efforts
Analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTR, CVR, unsubscribe rates, etc.) and optimize accordingly
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging
Segment audiences and personalize communications based on user behavior and data insights
Support loyalty, referral, and subscription programs to improve customer retention
Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, CTAs, and timing
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1 year of hands-on experience
in
email and retention marketing
(preferably in D2C or healthcare/wellness)
Familiarity with
email marketing tools
like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, MoEngage, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of
customer segmentation
,
lifecycle marketing
, and
CRM strategies
.
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Shopify (or other D2C platforms) is a plus
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Data-driven mindset with a passion for improving customer experience
Nice to Have:
Experience in the
healthcare, wellness, or personal care industry
