Excellent verbal and written skills (c1)

Max sal - 37k Ctc

(Approx 32k inhand, 4k variable every month, 1k loyalty)

- Customer Service Executive*

Shift - US shift 5:30 pm to 11:30 am (any 10 hrs)

5 days working, Sat-Sun Fixed off

Education - HSC

Experience- HSC with min 2 years International bpo Email exp mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through email/chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about the products and services to customers.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and efficient manner.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Involves updating records at the back end via relevant applications.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
Participate in customer service training programs to continually improve knowledge and skills.
Identify and escalate customer service issues to management as needed
We are only looking for the candidates who has Excellent English communication and has worked for international Bpo.

there is no transportation /need to travle by own



Night shift . / Max Salary 32 k in hand.
