Customer Support: Respond to customer emails, chats, and inquiries with timely, accurate, and courteous solutions. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot product/service problems and provide effective resolutions. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, transactions, and issue status in helpdesk/CRM software. Process Adherence: Follow company communication guidelines, policies, and procedures. Escalation: Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate teams. Performance: Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets. Process Improvement: Collaborate with teams to enhance email support processes and efficiency.
