Job Description

Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through email in a timely and professional manner. Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products or services. Information Provision: Provide accurate and detailed information to customers about products, services, and processes. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in a CRM system. Escalation: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors. Collaboration: Work with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery and to share customer feedback. Process Improvement: Participate in training and provide feedback to help improve customer service processes.
