The Social Media Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging social media campaigns that align with the company's brand voice and marketing objectives. This role involves content creation, community management, analytics tracking, and collaboration with internal teams to drive engagement, leads, and brand visibility across all digital platforms.
Develop and implement monthly social media calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Threads, etc.)
Brainstorm creative campaigns and trending content ideas aligned with brand goals and audience interests
Support marketing campaigns, events, and product launches through social storytelling
2. Content Creation & Publishing
Write engaging copy, captions, and posts tailored for different social channels
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and influencers for high-quality creatives, reels, and short-form videos
Ensure consistent brand voice, design language, and message across all channels
3. Community Management
Manage online communities by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
Build and maintain relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity
4. Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze engagement, reach, and follower growth using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Sprout Social
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Recommend optimization strategies for content and campaigns
5. Paid Campaigns (Optional / Plus Point)
Assist in setting up and optimizing paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Collaborate with performance marketing teams to align organic and paid strategies
