Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and execute email campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchases
Design automated workflows, segmentation strategies, and personalized content using Klaviyo
Analyse campaign performance and customer behavior to optimize email marketing efforts
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment
Implement A/B tests to improve open rates, CTR, and conversion rates
Ensure timely and error-free execution of campaigns across customer segments
Monitor deliverability and troubleshoot email performance issues
Stay updated on industry trends, email best practices, and marketing automation tools
Qualifications:
? 2+ years of experience in email marketing within ecommerce
? Strong expertise in Klaviyo (mandatory)
? Understanding of segmentation, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing
? Experience in analysing data to optimize campaigns and improve performance metrics
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
? Delhi-based candidates preferred
