We are hiring a high-impact
Email Marketing Executive
with a proven track record in
international lead generation for IT services
. This role owns the complete email engine from database readiness to campaign execution to conversion. The expectation is delivery, scale, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Drive
international B2B lead generation
for IT services using advanced email marketing strategies.
Own end-to-end
email campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting
.
Build and manage
high-quality email databases
with proper segmentation and ICP alignment.
Design, deploy, and optimize
Klaviyo flows
including onboarding, nurturing, reactivation, and conversion sequences.
Implement
automation workflows
with preference for
n8n
to integrate email platforms, CRMs, and lead pipelines.
Manage deliverability fundamentals including domain setup, warm-up, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and inbox placement.
Craft high-conversion copy with strong CTAs tailored to international decision-makers.
Monitor performance metrics such as reply rate, meetings booked, CPL, and ROI.
Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and international email regulations.
Collaborate with sales and leadership to align campaigns with offers and revenue targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong expertise in

Hands-on experience with

and advanced flow architecture.
Automation expertise
