Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team. This role involves developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives, enhance customer engagement, and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

: Write persuasive email copy and design visually appealing templates that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.

Audience Segmentation

: Segment email lists based on demographics, behavior, and engagement to deliver personalized and relevant content.

Analytics & Reporting

: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Compliance & Best Practices

: Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and adhere to industry best practices.

Collaboration

: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product, to align email strategies with overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

: Minimum of 2 years in email marketing.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in email marketing platforms.

Analytical Skills

: Strong ability to interpret data, monitor metrics, and use actionable insights to improve campaigns.

Communication Skills

: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and effective messaging.

Certifications

: Certifications in email marketing best practices is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Experience with advanced segmentation and personalization techniques. Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and data visualization platforms. Understanding of SEO/SEM principles and how they relate to email marketing. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Mandatory Requirements:

Must have email id's of his/her own about more than 300 mail id's. Must be generating website and mobile app leads.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
