About the Role:
We're looking for a data-driven and creative
Email Marketing Specialist
to join our marketing team at Rannkly. You'll be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns aimed at lead nurturing, product engagement, and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute email campaigns for lead generation, onboarding, retention, and upselling.
Build and segment mailing lists for targeted campaigns.
Design and A/B test subject lines, CTAs, content, and templates to improve open and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling email content.
Ensure campaigns align with overall brand and marketing strategies.
Analyze performance metrics (open rate, CTR, bounce, conversions) and report on campaign ROI.
Manage and optimize email automation workflows.
Ensure compliance with email regulations like GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
Requirements:
3-5 years of proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a
SaaS or B2B
company.
Hands-on experience with email platforms like
Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, Sendinblue
, or similar.
Strong understanding of email segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows.
Proficient in using analytics tools to interpret performance and drive improvements.
Good knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design (basic level).
Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with
customer lifecycle marketing
Worked on
email campaigns for product-led growth (PLG)
Knowledge of tools like
Canva
,
Figma
, or
Brevo
B2B or SaaS industry background
