In this role, you'll take complete ownership of email--from
strategy and copy to infrastructure, deliverability, experimentation, and performance
across the full funnel. You'll work on everything from
list health and DNS authentication
to
segmentation, automation, and conversion optimization

What You'll Do
------------------
Lifecycle & Strategy
Own end-to-end lifecycle email strategy across acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, and reactivation
Design and scale automated journeys that improve activation, retention, and revenue
Campaign Execution
Plan and execute email campaigns for product launches, webinars, updates, announcements, and more
Manage calendars and ensure timely, high-quality execution across both brands
Copy & Messaging
Write high-converting email copy tailored to different personas and funnel stages
Craft compelling subject lines and CTAs that drive opens, clicks, and conversions
Segmentation & Personalization
Segment audiences based on behavior, lifecycle stage, demographics, and CRM data
Personalize emails using attributes like role, usage patterns, intent signals, and past actions
Deliverability, Compliance & Infrastructure
Own email deliverability end-to-end, including:
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup and maintenance
IP/domain warm-up strategies for new senders
Maintaining list hygiene (inactive, bounced, invalid emails)
Monitoring and reducing spam complaints, bounces, and unsubscribes
Ensuring compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and related regulations
Performance & Experimentation
Run continuous A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, layouts, and send times
Track and analyze key metrics: Open rates, CTR, conversions, bounce rates, spam complaints, and unsubscribes
Translate insights into clear optimizations and growth wins
Collaboration
Work closely with growth, product, and content teams to align messaging and goals
What We're Looking For

2-4 years of hands-on experience in email or lifecycle marketing
Strong copywriting skills with a performance mindset
Experience with email marketing and automation platforms
Highly data-driven; comfortable analyzing results and iterating fast
Solid understanding of funnels, user journeys, and conversion optimization
Ability to manage multiple campaigns across brands
* Experience in AI SaaS or startup environments is a plus
