About the Role
We're looking for a results-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to own and scale our email and SMS platform as major revenue drivers for our wellness subscription brand. This role is critical to achieving our goal of 30% of total business revenue coming from Email & SMS through campaign execution, Flow automation, and continuous optimization.
You will manage end-to-end marketing from strategy to execution across campaigns, flows, segmentation, testing, and deliverability, with a strong focus on subscription growth, retention, repeat and LTV.

Key Responsibilities -
Email - Klaviyo
Revenue & Strategy
Own Email & SMS revenue targets, with accountability for contributing 30% of total company revenue
Develop and execute a full-funnel strategy aligned with acquisition, conversion, retention, and reactivation goals.
Forecast channel performance and build weekly & monthly revenue plans
Campaign Management
Plan, build, and deploy weekly promotional campaigns (email & SMS)
Coordinate campaign calendars with product launches, offers, and seasonal initiatives to improve one timer sale & repeat purchases
Strategizing initiatives & plan offers to convert leads to subscribers & one timers to subscribers.
Ensure strong copy, creative alignment, and on-brand messaging optimized for conversion
Flows Automation
Own and optimize all core flows for both Subscription & One Timers, including:
o Welcome & onboarding
o Abandoned browse / cart / checkout
o Subscription upsell & cross-sell
o Post-purchase education
o Replenishment & renewal reminders
o Win-back & churn prevention
o One Timers to Subscription Conversion
Continuously improve flows through A/B testing, personalization, and behavioural triggers
Segmentation & Personalization
Build advanced segmentation based on behaviour, lifecycle stage, subscription status, and engagement
Implement engaging content and personalization to improve CTR, CVR, and revenue per recipient
SMS - Attentive
Manage SMS strategy including compliance, cadence, Opt Ins & Segmentation
Balance promotional and transactional SMS to drive revenue without increasing opt-outs
Analytics & Optimization
Track and report on key KPIs: revenue, deliverability, open rate, CTR, CVR, unsubscribe rate, churn impact
Run regular tests on subject lines, content, timing, offers, and frequency
Use insights to iterate quickly and scale what works
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Growth, Creative, Product, and CX teams
Provide clear briefs for copy and design
Align flow messaging with product benefits and customer pain points
