Sounderic is a leading online platform offering speech therapy, occupational therapy, special education, and parent training services to children and adults across India and globally. We also partner with schools, corporates, and healthcare providers to deliver high-quality therapy and expert workshops. We are expanding our marketing team and looking for an Email Marketing Executive to support our outreach and growth efforts.

Role Overview: We're looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Executive who can build, execute, and optimize email campaigns for lead generation, nurturing, and client engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys strategy, data, and creative communication--and wants to contribute to a meaningful mission in healthcare and education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and execute email campaigns for B2C and B2B audiences

- Build automated email funnels for lead nurturing, onboarding, and retention

- Segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, and service needs

- Manage email lists, maintain data hygiene, and improve deliverability

- Write compelling copy aligned with Sounderic's brand voice

- A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve performance

- Track and analyze metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and share insights

- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align campaigns

- Support outreach to schools, corporates, hospitals, and referral partners

- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing

- Proficiency with email marketing tools

- Strong copywriting and communication skills

- Understanding of segmentation, automation, and lead funnels

- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns accordingly

- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently

- Bonus: Experience in healthcare, education, or B2B outreach
