We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in managing and executing email marketing campaigns across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in campaign strategy, execution, and analytics, ensuring measurable results that drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, design, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns across multiple projects and industries.
Manage subscriber lists, segmentation, and personalization strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Write compelling subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action aligned with brand tone and objectives.
Design and edit responsive email templates (using platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.).
Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, layouts, and timing to optimize performance.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversions, ROI).
Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data protection regulations.
Build automated workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, and retention campaigns.
Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing with proven success in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with major email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Constant Contact, etc.).
Strong knowledge of automation, segmentation, and personalization best practices.
Good understanding of HTML/CSS for email template customization (basic level acceptable).
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
