Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist who has hands-on experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing email campaigns using Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) systems. You will be responsible for end-to-end email marketing execution, ensuring high deliverability and compliance with best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and execute bulk and targeted email marketing campaigns. Use RDP environments to access and manage email marketing tools securely. Manage email lists, segmentation, automation, and A/B testing. Monitor sender reputation, bounce rates, and spam scores. Ensure IP warm-up and proper domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Generate campaign reports and optimize for better ROI. Work closely with design/content teams to create engaging email templates. Stay updated on email marketing trends, compliance (CAN-SPAM/GDPR), and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid, Lemlist, etc.) Knowledge and practical use of RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) for campaign execution. Familiarity with SMTP servers, inbox warm-up tools, and email deliverability best practices. Good understanding of HTML/CSS for email templates (basic level). Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics (CTR, Open Rates, etc.). Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have

Experience in lead generation campaigns. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). Knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
