Job Description

We are hiring an Email Marketing Executive to manage our complete email campaign process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, scheduling, and optimizing email marketing campaigns along with data mining and email finding skills for lead generation.

Responsibilities

Create and execute email marketing campaigns. Write engaging email content, subject lines, and CTAs. Design and edit email templates (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot, etc.). Manage email lists, segmentation, and contact database.

Perform data mining to find relevant business leads and verified email IDs.

Use tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, Skrapp, Lusha, etc., to extract accurate contact details.

Monitor and optimize campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions). Conduct A/B testing for better results. Maintain email deliverability and follow best practices. Generate weekly and monthly campaign reports.

Skills & Qualifications

6 months to 2 years of experience in email marketing. Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, etc.).

Strong data mining and lead research skills.

Experience finding and verifying emails using online tools and extensions.

Strong written communication skills. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (preferred). Ability to analyze data and improve campaign performance. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
