Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

Email Marketing Specialist

to develop and execute high-converting email campaigns focused on generating qualified leads for our

Digital Marketing Services.

You will be responsible for end-to-end email marketing, including strategy, content creation, automation, segmentation, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and execute lead generation email marketing campaigns. Create targeted email lists based on audience behavior, demographics, and campaign goals. Write compelling email content and subject lines that drive engagement and conversions. Set up and manage automation workflows and drip campaigns. Conduct A/B tests to optimize email performance (open rate, click-through rate, conversion). Track campaign metrics and generate performance reports with actionable insights. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR). Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align campaign goals with business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and tools to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in email marketing, with a focus on lead generation. Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot). Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimize performance. Familiarity with
