Tech Pumpkin is seeking a results-driven and creative

Email Marketer

with 3-4 years of experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in email campaign creation, social media copywriting, graphic coordination, landing page content writing, and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities:

Email Campaign Management:

Plan, create, and manage targeted

email marketing campaigns

and newsletters using tools like

Mailchimp, Klaviyo

, or other platforms.

Content Creation:

Write compelling copy for

email marketing, newsletters

, and

social media platforms

aligned with brand tone and campaign goals.

Graphics Coordination:

Work with the design team to align email visuals and graphic creatives with the marketing message.

Landing Page Content Writing:

Develop conversion-focused content for

landing pages

, collaborating with the

Project Manager or client

to ensure messaging accuracy and effectiveness.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor and analyze

daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

for email and content campaigns. Use insights to refine strategy, improve open and click-through rates, and maximize ROI.

Requirements:

3-4 years of proven experience in

email marketing

and digital content creation. Proficiency in email marketing tools like

Mailchimp, Klaviyo

, or similar platforms. Strong skills in

social media copywriting

and landing page content. Experience in coordinating with graphic designers for visuals and creative alignment. Knowledge of email automation, segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
