Key Responsibilities

Email Campaign Strategy & Execution

Plan and run targeted email campaigns (newsletters, promotional, drip, triggered) using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.

Segment and maintain lists; run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send times; apply list hygiene and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CAN?SPAM)

Performance Analysis & Reporting

Track and report metrics (open, click, conversion, ROI). Analyze results and continuously optimize performance.

Copy & Creative Coordination

Write persuasive, mobile-optimized email copy. Work with designers (InDesign, Canva, Adobe) to align creative assets.

Event & Camping Management

Integrate email campaign timelines with camping and event logistics (onboarding sequences, reminders, post-event follow-ups). Manage task flows, scheduling, and operational details for events.

Task & Time Strategy

Use project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello) to assign, track, and prioritize tasks during campaigns and events. Ensure milestones and deadlines are met.

U.S. Team Coordination

Work across time zones to coordinate with U.S.-based marketing, sales, and event operations teams--aligning send schedules, launches, and feedback.

Pay: ₹12,086.30 - ₹24,753.16 per month
