Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and brand awareness.
Build and segment email lists for targeted campaigns.
Create compelling email content (subject lines, copy, visuals, CTAs) aligned with business goals.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribe rates, etc.).
A/B test subject lines, content, send times, and layouts to improve performance.
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
Work with design, sales, and product teams to align messaging.
Manage automation workflows, drip campaigns, and triggered emails.
Optimize email templates for mobile and desktop.
Prepare and present regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2-5 years of proven experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, etc.).
Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template editing (preferred but not mandatory).
Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance reporting.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer journey mapping.
Knowledge of deliverability, list hygiene, and best practices.
Preferred Skills
Experience with e-commerce or SaaS marketing.
Strong design sense and ability to collaborate with graphic designers.
SEO, social media, and other digital marketing knowledge.
