We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to manage campaigns, build email lists, run outreach, and support lead generation activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic marketing knowledge, and hands-on experience with email tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, schedule, and send email campaigns.
Manage and segment email lists for targeted outreach.
Monitor campaign performance (open rate, click rate, conversions).
Work with the team to improve templates, subject lines, and automation flow.
Ensure emails follow best practices and avoid spam triggers.
Maintain databases and update contact information regularly.
Support lead generation and follow-up activities.
Requirements:
0-3 years of experience in email marketing (preferred).
Knowledge of tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, or similar.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make improvements.
Good time-management and attention to detail.
