The Role

We're looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us optimize our outreach and customer engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
• Develop compelling email content, including subject lines, copy, and CTAs.
• Manage email lists, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with email best practices and regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align email strategy with business goals.

Ideal Profile
Qualifications:

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
