We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to execute automated email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
Create automated workflows, segmentation strategies, and personalized journeys.
Develop email templates aligned with brand guidelines.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize open/click rates.
Collaborate with content and design teams for messaging.
Ensure compliance with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Maintain subscriber lists and conduct A/B testing.
Segment audiences and personalize campaigns.
Analyze open rates, CTR, conversions, and KPIs.
Manage databases and compliance standards.
Skills:
Experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.
Knowledge of HTML/ CSS templates is a plus.
Segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies.
Data analytics and A/B testing.
Strong analytics and campaign optimization skills.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field.
