Senior Email Marketing Specialist

with a proven track record in

international email marketing

. This role is ideal for someone who can craft impactful campaigns, analyze performance, and drive results on a global scale.

What You'll Do

? Plan, design, and execute international email campaigns
? Manage audience segmentation, personalization & A/B testing
? Track & analyze KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions)
? Develop & present reports on campaign effectiveness
? Maintain and enhance automation processes, ensuring data integrity & compliance
? Stay updated on

industry trends, best practices & SEO principles

? Collaborate with content, design & product teams for brand alignment

What We're Looking For

? 5+ years of email marketing experience (international focus)
? Expertise in HubSpot, Mailchimp, Mailjet Salesforce Marketing Cloud
? Strong knowledge of SEO & its impact on email marketing
? Skilled in analytics, reporting & campaign optimization
? Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design
? Strong project management skills (multi-campaign handling)
? Creative, proactive & problem-solving mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
