Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, execute, and optimize

email marketing, SMS, Push Notification, and WhatsApp automation campaigns

, including:

o Welcome journeys

o Abandoned cart & browse abandonment

o Post-purchase and re-engagement flows

Build, manage, and optimize

automated customer journeys

using marketing automation platforms (Netcore preferred).

Execute and scale

SMS, Push Notification, and WhatsApp automation

as part of lifecycle and retention strategies.

Create and manage

audience segmentation

based on customer behavior, purchase history, engagement, and lifecycle stage.

Coordinate efforts between

retention marketing, social media, and performance marketing teams

to ensure aligned messaging and campaign timing.

Work closely with

performance marketing teams

to support conversion-focused and remarketing initiatives.

Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across channels (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue, retention).

Optimize content, subject lines, creatives, send times, and workflows across

Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notification

channels using A/B testing and performance insights.

Support

website and conversion optimization (CRO)

initiatives from a lifecycle and retention perspective.

Maintain

email, SMS, Push Notification, and WhatsApp hygiene

, deliverability best practices, and compliance standards.

Prepare regular

performance reports and actionable insights

for internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications



2-4 years of experience in

Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, or Retention Marketing

.

Hands-on experience with

Netcore

(preferred) or similar tools such as

WebEngage, MoEngage, Klaviyo, or CleverTap

.

Strong understanding of

customer lifecycle management, CRM, and retention strategies

.

Experience working with

e-commerce or D2C brands

.

Familiarity with

performance marketing fundamentals

(Meta Ads, Google Ads) to align retention initiatives.

Working knowledge of

analytics and reporting tools

such as Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets.

Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Detail-oriented mindset with strong ownership and execution capabilities.

Good to Have



Basic understanding of

SEO and affiliate marketing

.

Exposure to

website CRO and customer behavior analysis

.

Prior experience in the

fashion or lifestyle industry

.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
