Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage email campaigns (cold outreach, drip sequences, newsletters).
Build and segment email lists to deliver targeted, personalized messaging.
Manage and optimize lead-nurturing workflows to boost engagement and conversions.
Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align messaging with company goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in email marketing, lead generation, or digital marketing.
Familiarity with tools such as
Instantly
and
Dripify
(experience is a strong plus).
Solid understanding of email deliverability, open rates, and conversion strategies.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on campaign metrics.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
Preferred:
Experience in the construction, SaaS, or B2B services industry.
Knowledge of CRM platforms (PipeDrive, HubSpot, or similar).
