Email Marketing & Social Media Executive



Responsibilities:



Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for product promotions, newsletters, and brand communication.



Create engaging and targeted email content (subject lines, copy, and visuals) to maximize open and click-through rates.



Segment email lists and manage campaign workflows using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.).



Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports.



Develop and manage content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).



Monitor trends, competitor activity, and social engagement metrics to optimize performance.



Coordinate with the design and content team to ensure brand consistency.



Support in running paid social media campaigns when required.



Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.



2-4 years of experience in email marketing and social media management.



Strong understanding of email marketing tools and analytics.



Excellent written and verbal communication skills.



Creative mindset with attention to detail.



Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
