Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven
Email Marketing Manager
to own and scale our email marketing strategy across lead generation, customer engagement, and retention initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of B2B email marketing best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with business and lead-generation goals.
Plan, design, and deploy email campaigns including newsletters, drip campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, promotional emails, and transactional communications.
Segment audiences and personalize campaigns based on buyer personas, behavior, and lifecycle stages.
Manage marketing automation tools and CRM integrations to ensure accurate targeting and tracking.
Optimize email performance through A/B testing of subject lines, content, CTAs, layouts, and send times.
Monitor and analyze campaign metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversions, bounce rates, and unsubscribe rates.
Ensure compliance with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and maintain healthy sender reputation and deliverability.
Collaborate with content, design, sales, and performance marketing teams to align messaging and branding.
Maintain and grow email subscriber lists through ethical and effective acquisition strategies.
Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably in B2B or IT services.
Strong expertise with email marketing and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, or similar).
Solid understanding of CRM systems, lead funnels, and lifecycle marketing.
Proficiency in email performance analytics and data-driven optimization.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates (basic to intermediate).
Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
