Job Description

We are looking for a high-ownership, proactive, and detail-oriented Team Lead to manage our cold email outreach operations. You will lead a team of 3-6 people and ensure flawless delivery of daily tasks across campaign setup, data extraction, database management, QA checks, and client reporting.

This is a client-facing role, requiring clear communication, confidence, and excellent presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

oTeam & Delivery Leadership

Manage and mentor Campaign Managers, Database Managers, and Extraction Specialists. Ensure all daily deliverables (data, campaigns, QA checks, tracking) are completed on time. Run morning stand-ups and evening reporting to drive performance and accountability. Build a culture of urgency, ownership, and quality. Operations & Quality Control Oversee cold email campaign lifecycle: domain warm-ups, campaign setup, follow-ups, list rotation, QA. Conduct quality checks on extracted lists and email setups before launch. Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
Client-Facing Responsibilities

Join 2-3 client calls per week as the operational lead. Deliver reports, insights, dashboards, and next-step recommendations. Build strong client relationships with clarity, transparency, and confidence.
Reporting, Dashboards & Documentation

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Create dashboards in Google Sheets, Excel, or Data Studio to monitor KPIs. Maintain documentation, SOPs, and internal playbooks.
Required Skills & Experience

3-6 years in marketing operations, CRM, email outreach, or team leadership. Strong team management and project management skills. High ownership, extreme attention to detail, and disciplined execution. Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Comfortable with tools like Instantly.ai, GHL, HubSpot, Apollo, Google Sheets. Good understanding of Excel / Google Sheets formulas, dashboards, conditional formatting etc.
Bonus: Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or N8N, and basic API understanding.

Ability to design simple operational dashboards for tracking extraction output, campaign health, and KPIs.
