The Role
We're looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Email Marketing Manager to own our Email and Flow programs within the Owned Media team. Your #1 goal will be to grow Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) by turning one-time buyers into loyal repeat customers, and subscribers into new customers.
You'll be responsible for the strategy, build, execution, and performance of all lifecycle flows, promotional campaigns, and post-purchase communications. This role sits at the intersection of data, creative, and brand storytelling--with a mandate to drive retention, repeat rate, and attachment rate through world-class CRM strategy.
