Job Title: Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

Role Overview:
This role involves driving lead generation through email and automation-led campaigns across Indian and international markets. The candidate will plan, execute, and optimize outreach programs to build qualified pipelines and improve conversion efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns focused on B2B lead generation.
Set up automation workflows, drip sequences, and audience segmentation.
Manage CRM data and maintain lead hygiene across platforms.
Identify, qualify, and nurture leads from multiple sources including email, LinkedIn, and outbound databases.
Use analytics to monitor campaign performance and optimize for open, click, and conversion rates.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with pipeline objectives.
Ensure compliance with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices.
Requirements:
5-8 years of proven experience in email marketing and B2B lead generation.
In-depth knowledge of lead generation automation tools (e.g., Apollo.io, Lemlist, Instantly, HubSpot, Brevo, or similar).
Experience in executing campaigns for both Indian and international markets.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and outbound funnels.
Excellent written communication and analytical skills.
Preferred:
Background in SaaS, HR Tech, or B2B technology solutions.
Familiarity with multichannel outreach (email, LinkedIn, automation sequences).

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
