Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to generate quality leads in the healthcare domain.
Create compelling email content, subject lines, and call-to-actions to maximize open and conversion rates.
Manage and segment email lists to ensure personalized and relevant communication.
Track, measure, and report campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.) and optimize accordingly.
Maintain compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, HIPAA guidelines).
Research and identify potential healthcare leads and maintain CRM records.
Make follow-up calls to US-based prospects (as required) to qualify and nurture leads.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align strategies and achieve lead generation goals.
MUST HAVE
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in email marketing within the healthcare domain.
Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, etc.).
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and lead management.
Proven track record of generating and nurturing healthcare leads through email campaigns.
Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
Comfortable working in *US shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST).
Ability to make professional follow-up calls to US prospects.
Strong analytical and reporting skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Good to Have
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
Experience with *AI-driven email personalization tools.
Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements
