Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in generating leads within the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing targeted email campaigns to drive lead generation and engagement. The role also requires flexibility to make calls to US prospects during the assigned shift.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to generate quality leads in the healthcare domain.

Create compelling email content, subject lines, and call-to-actions to maximize open and conversion rates.

Manage and segment email lists to ensure personalized and relevant communication.

Track, measure, and report campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.) and optimize accordingly.

Maintain compliance with *email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, HIPAA guidelines).

Research and identify potential healthcare leads and maintain CRM records.

Make follow-up calls to US-based prospects (as required) to qualify and nurture leads.

Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align strategies and achieve lead generation goals.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in email marketing within the healthcare domain

Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, etc.).

Hands-on experience with CRM systems and lead management.

Proven track record of generating and nurturing healthcare leads through email campaigns.

Excellent written communication and content creation skills.

Comfortable working in US shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST).

Ability to make professional follow-up calls to US prospects.

Strong analytical and reporting skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Good to Have

Knowledge of marketing automation platforms.

Experience with AI-driven email personalization tools.

Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
