Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns (promotional, transactional, and lifecycle emails) Write engaging email copy with clear CTAs aligned to brand tone Design basic email templates using tools or HTML (where applicable) Segment email lists and personalize campaigns for better engagement Schedule and manage campaigns using email marketing platforms Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions, bounce rates) A/B test subject lines, content, and layouts to optimize results Maintain email hygiene and follow best practices for deliverability Collaborate with design, content, and growth teams Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends and compliance norms (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
Requirements
For Interns:

Basic understanding of digital marketing and email marketing concepts Strong written communication skills in English Willingness to learn and experiment with marketing tools Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar is a plus Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
For Experienced Candidates:

1-3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing Proven track record of running successful email campaigns Experience with email automation, drip campaigns, and segmentation Working knowledge of email marketing tools and CRM platforms Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for emails (preferred)
