Role Overview

As an

Email Marketing Intern

, you'll play a key role in driving Bioleather's communication with designers, brands, and B2B partners.
You'll assist in creating and managing

email campaigns, newsletters, and outreach sequences

that help generate leads, nurture relationships, and educate audiences about sustainable materials.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining

creativity with data-driven strategy

and wants hands-on experience in

marketing automation and B2B communication.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns (B2B and B2C). Write and design email content that aligns with Bioleather's brand tone. Segment and maintain contact lists for different audiences (designers, manufacturers, partners). Set up automated workflows for lead nurturing and product follow-ups (using Brevo, Mailchimp, or similar tools). Analyze open rates, click-throughs, and conversions; suggest improvements. Collaborate with the design team to create engaging email visuals and CTAs. A/B test subject lines and content formats to improve engagement. Help manage PR and influencer outreach campaigns via email.

Requirements

Basic understanding of email marketing tools (Brevo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot). Strong writing and grammar skills with attention to tone and clarity. Knowledge of Canva, HTML email design, or CRM software is a plus. Interest in sustainability, marketing automation, and brand storytelling. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
